Consideration of the draft advertising materials, signs, advertisements and other information materials (including the mobile advertising project) and harmonisation of the draft advertising graphic solution, paying particular attention if the advertisement is intended to be placed on a building which is on the list of cultural and historical monuments or on a urban monument of national importance. Issue:
- a permit for the placement of a sign;
- a mobile ad placement permit;
- a permit for the deployment of an ad object or land-linked information object;
- a permit for the deployment of an ad object or information object without attachment to the ground;
- a permit for the deployment of other advertising and advertising sites;
- authorisation for the placement of advertisements.
The local government shall also co-ordinate the change of the graphic design of the advertising and advertising sites.

  1. Service requests
    To submit an application with the necessary documents:
    1. Visualization of an advertisement or sign on the front of the building (advertising gabarītizmēri must be specified) Item 2.
    3. Co-ordination with the owner of the building (adjacent to the visualization solution) if the ad is placed on the facade of another building owned. Copies of the lease agreement for the building or group of premises must be attached. Heads 2.

  2. A service charge
    In accordance with the binding rules (see “Other information” section - “Regulatory acts”), the local government's fee for the placement of advertising signs, advertisements and other information materials in public places in the county of Dobelle should be paid.

  3. Receipt of services
    The building board shall evaluate and provide a permit or a motivated refusal to place an advertisement or sign.
